Keep sender details separate

Use your own email and payment/billing details for order communication, and the recipient’s details for delivery. For an overseas sender, double-check the UAE date before paying: a date near midnight in your location may already be the next day in Dubai. Use the provider’s stated UAE delivery time, not your local clock.

Check the bouquet and final cost

Confirm the selected size or variant, flower description and packaging. Ask if a missing stem count or dimension matters.
Check stock and any substitution terms. A photo shows a presentation example, not a guaranteed count.
Add delivery and extras to the bouquet price, and review the currency and total before payment.
Check whether a card message, vase or add-on is included rather than assuming it.

Plan reception handoff

For a hotel, use the correct hotel branch, guest booking name and stay date. For an office, include the company, department and business hours. For a tower, distinguish the tower name, entrance and unit. A reception handoff is different from access to a room or private area; ask the receiving venue what it permits.

If the address or payment is incomplete

Ask the recipient for the missing address details or request help from the florist if it offers that option.
